If you do go ahead and redeem your loan early, we will require confirmation and evidence of the source of the redemption funds before we are able to issue the relevant bank details for payment.

It may be possible to refinance your existing Castle Trust Bank mortgage with us, but this is subject to our current lending criteria and product range. We recommend that you reach out to your mortgage broker to explore this further.
