I was a Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor.

Finance Associate.
What attracted you to the role that you are in today?
The idea of practising and improving my finance skills and the flexible time.
What (and why) do you enjoy most about the role that you do?
I enjoy the diversity of daily tasks included in my role, as I learn something new every day. Frequently working with finance month-end and payroll often presents new situations that require timely corrections or adjustments. This motivates me to give my best and apply my knowledge to the fullest.
What have you found challenging about your current role?
Sometimes payroll can be challenging because there are lots of back-and-forth queries that need to be resolved in a timely manner. However, I’ve never disliked it—on the contrary, it motivates me. I love the satisfaction that comes at the end when all my colleagues are paid correctly and on time.
What training and development opportunities have you / are you receiving?
I’m very happy to be continuing my finance studies with the support provided by CTB, which has enabled me to pursue my Level 4 AAT qualification.
What are your future career aspirations?
To be an Accountant, or if not to work in the Audit area.
