What did you do before joining CTB?

Prior to Castle Trust Bank I was Head of Marketing at NSC Global.

What attracted you to working for CTB?

My manager (Head of Marketing) mentioned that the Bank was in a fantastic period of growth. People are empowered and marketing initiatives are supported every year by the Board. 

What roles have you had since joining CTB? 

Just my current role, Senior Marketing Executive.

What (and why) do you enjoy most about the role that you do?

I am empowered to come up with new ideas and initiatives within our team and there is a lot of variation in the role. 

What have you found challenging about your current role? 

Although my background is economics, my working career has been in the technology field, so I have had to transition into understanding the finance industry and what we do for our customers. 

What training and development opportunities have you / are you receiving? 

I have been offered paid courses in Social Media Marketing, Google Analytics and other tools. I have also been offered presentation skills, communication skills and organisation skills workshops to enhance my soft skills.

What are your future career aspirations? 

Be happy with my work/home/social life balance and leap at any opportunity to improve my skills both personally/professionally.
