Funding your account
Using your nominated account, you can make a bank transfer into your savings account using the Sort Code 60-84-08 and your Castle Trust Bank account number (which you will find on your welcome letter and on the Self Service Portal).
You will usually also have the option to fund your account by Debit Card payment in the Self Service Portal. Please note, however, that we are currently experiencing technical difficulties accepting deposits by Debit Card; we are working to resolve this as soon as we can but in the meantime, the easiest and quickest way to fund your account is via bank transfer.
When you open your account, you will have a 14 day funding window to make your deposit(s) into your account to meet the minimum required balance. For fixed rate accounts, after this time you will not be able to make any further deposits.
