Our Credit Recovery mortgages are aimed at landlords with adverse credit, from lightly impaired through to heavy adverse, including applicants with a history of IVAs and recently discharged bankruptcy. Every case is priced individually based on the credit profile of the customer and there are no ERCs on expiry of the product. Our Credit Review Service offers the option of an annual review which enables customers with improving credit to move to a better Castle Trust product.

Product features

Credit Review Service
We can review your client’s credit history after 12 months and may be able to offer a new product in a lower risk tier, if the overall credit position has improved sufficiently. The client can transfer onto the new product without incurring an ERC, with a new ERC applicable from the start of the new product.


Five credit tiers
There are five tiers available, from lightly impaired through to heavy adverse, including IVAs and recently discharged bankruptcy. We will review the credit profile of your client and deliver a solution tailored to their circumstances.

 

Purchase and Remortgage
Available for Purchase up to 75% LTV and Remortgage up to 70% LTV.


Terms from one year to three years
Fixed rate terms are available from one year to three years, so your clients will not be tied into long, punitive ERCs.


Rates from 6.99%
Individual pricing based on the credit profile of your client.


Soft footprint
A simple form needs to be completed for each enquiry. This will give us the authority to carry out a soft footprint and provide a quote based on your client’s credit profile.
